Course Participation and Certification Policy
-
Certification Requirements:
Participation in the CPR/First Aid/AED course does not automatically guarantee certification. In order to earn the certificate, participants must successfully pass both the written and practical exams. Only those who meet the required standards will be awarded certification. -
Payment Policy:
Payment for the course is due upon enrollment. Enrollment is considered complete once payment is received, and the course will be scheduled accordingly. -
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if the course is canceled by the instructor or the organization. No refunds will be provided if a participant is unable to attend the course or if they choose not to complete the course. In the event of a class cancellation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future class. Additionally, there are no refunds of any type (e.g., medical, religious, being unsuccessful in the course). -
Participant Responsibility:
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are able to attend the course and meet all certification requirements. No refunds or make-up classes will be provided for missed classes or failure to complete the course.
By enrolling in the course, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
