Lifeguarding-BL Course Overview:
Our Lifeguarding-BL course is designed to give you the confidence, knowledge, and skills to keep aquatic environments safe. You’ll learn how to prevent, recognize, and respond to emergencies in both shallow water (less than 7 feet) and deep water (7 feet or more). Plus, you’ll be trained to provide professional care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illnesses—right up until EMS arrives.

When you successfully complete the course, you’ll earn an American Red Cross Lifeguarding certificate (including deep water), along with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certifications. These are valid for two years and open up many opportunities for you!
